I will review Bites soon, stay tune ya.

Bun & Meat located at Lakefield, Sungai Besi. If not mistaken it open since 2015. Although no even one years old, but it attract a lot of food blogger review about it. Finally it's my turn, thanks for Foodink invited me for this food review.

Strategy location, can see the BUN & MEAT from main road.

Hello, Bull!

The shop use white and blue color as their shop color, make the atmosphere more cozy and more "hea" feel.

They also have dart machine, you "jiong" your boyfriend or hubby here, ask him play dart and you enjoy with your girls here.

Before I start the food section, let me give some introduction on what Bun & Meat serve.
From the shop name obviously can know the shop served flour and meat item. The meat they serve majority is pork, like pork burger, pork pizza, pork ribs and more. Menu click here.

Are you ready? I'm going start the food photos.
PS : When you are hungry don't read this, it will make you more hungry.

Milkshake, MYR14.90
The left one : Earl Grey Milkshake, the right one : Black Sesame Milkshake
common one is vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, but here you can see something different like Earl Grey. The combination of creamy and tea aroma is amazing. Le wild tasty found. The sweetness level is acceptable.
Recommend : Earl Grey Milkshake

Affogato, MYR11.90
In Bun & Meat, you can select the ice cream flavour. The classic vanilla, something special like coconut, Pandan Kaya, Earl Grey and Thai Tea.
Can I order each flavour one? Hehehehehe...

Pulled Pork Fries, MYR11.90
Deep fried crispy fries drench of shred pork meat with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion. If you're BBQ lover then must order this. The BBQ taste very good.

Deep Fried Prawn Tacos, MYR16.90
Tortilla filled with deep fried springy fresh prawn, refreshing cucumber and lettuce and salad sauce. The deep fried makes the tacos become very crispy.

Korean Pork Belly Tacos, MYR14.90
Photo shoot credited to Gary aka the Foodink Boss.
Same is tacos, the inner ingredient changed from prawn to pork belly and kimchi. The kimchi make the tacos taste spicy and sour. After one bite, it make me more hungry, feel like eating more and more. But if compare to prawn one, i prefer prawn tacos, so I eat more and more prawn tacos.

The Runny Mess, MYR21.90
The top is house-made buttery bun follow by poached egg, tomatoes, pork patty, pork bacon and lettuces.
The pork patty is using fresh minced meat from farm, so still can see the pinky meat.
The boss shared with us that some of the patrons thought it's raw, but actually not.
Try to recall when we boiled soup using pork ribs from fresh market, after 4 hours boiled the meat still pinky one right? It's same goes to the patty.
And the bun is very special, if you eat the bun only, can taste buttery scent but without spread any butter.

The Messy Crab Burger, MYR25.90
The ingredient is similar to Runny Mess, only switch the pork patty to deep fried crispy soft-shell crab and drench with Tobiko cheesy mayo.
For me if don't eat layer by layer, in the end will turn to messy. LoLz..
After tasted it, I still prefer Runny Mess, heard many people said the char view burger is nice also, gonna try it next time. XD

Balinese Pork Ribs, MYR49.90
Look at the pork ribs, do you agreed with it grilled evenly? The pork rib marinated nicely, the meat is juicy and tender. Must dipped with the Indo sambal, great enjoyment ever.
How the sambal taste like? Don't want share with you, go find the answer by yourself.

Spicy Korean Pork Ribs, MYR45.90
The outlook of Korean Pork ribs are more dry if compare to the other two, not much sauce coated on the ribs.
See the chilli flake on the top and red colour sauce? This pork ribs taste a little bit spicy.

BBQ Pork Ribs, MYR47.90
The classic barbecue flavour.
All the pork ribs are marinated and seasoning well. All of them are juicy, tender and chewy. If you like to chew pork tendon, this this three dishes is suitable for you.
I think the important part is meat selection, if use the material from frozen supplier, it will not get this nice. That's why the boss insist to use fresh meat from farm.
From above 3 different pork ribs, my favourite is BBQ Pork Ribs.

Aglio Olio with Pork Bacon, MYR17.90
Cooked well spaghetti stir fried with pork bacon, mushroom, garlic, pepper and onion, on top sparkle with cheese powder. Look simple but taste very nice, it is my favourite of the day.
Some others blogger think the spaghetti are not cooked, because still hard. I don't really like soft noodle, so for me I think it taste ok.
