I always think that time is the most precious thing in this world, because it's priceless. So fast I have blogging for two years time, time flies~ In this two years, I gained a lot of blogging experience and at the same time i also gained "some" weight. Why? Because I didn't workout at all, every day eat more than 3 meals. Are you guys interest to guess how many kgs I added during this two year? Hints: My waist increase from 25" to 29.5" 29.5" waist totally is a nightmare for me, when i go shopping i couldn't fit in M size short pant or if the cutting is large i can fit in the pant but it's not nice at all, leg is too fat. I'm seriously beh tahan myself anymore! I decided to workout and cut down some weight! No worries, I'm not quiting my blogger job, I still will do food review but just need to balance up my weight. BSN Putrajaya Night Marathon 2014

If you asked me what was my favourite soprt, I would say RUN. I'm not a BALL handler.  ⁀⊙﹏☉⁀ This marathon I joined on April, before my yearly trip to Phuket. During Phuket Trip, i got my spine because of the speed boat.  At first I plan to give up on this marathon, cause when practice time, my spine will pain once I Run. But after visited to  Diē-dá   at Tangkat, Johor. I felt better, it not hurt like previously, so i didn't give up on it.  I usually will set 01:30 hours to complete 10KM Run.  My motivate on Morning Run are finished the lap before sun rise.  ᕙ(`▿´)ᕗ But this time is Night Run, so I no need to worry about the sun rise, thus i slowly walk finish the lap.  Total used time are 2 hours for 10KM walk. Compare to morning run, i felt night run are much more comfortable than Morning Run.  My friend told me that actually night run are hotter than morning run, but we didn't felt it is because it rain before st...
