Sushi Mentai, 寿司明太

Friend: There is a new Japanese Restaurant opened at Puchong Jaya, only MYR1.80 or MYR2.80 per plate on conveyor belt item.

Me: What?! A plate of sushi only selling for MYR1.80?! Selling at this cheap price must go try on.

Here is some simple profolio of Sushi Mentai. A franchise style restaurant, currently have 20 branches between Penang, Klang Valley and Johor. The philosophy behind Sushi Mentai is to bring affordable and quality Japanese food to the masses, allowing all to enjoy Japanese delicacies against a modern and casual backdrop.

I visited the newly opened at Puchong one, it located at IOI Boulevard, Puchong Jaya. It always crowded during weekend, especially Dinner Time.

See the crowd? Lucky us, we went there during dinner time, but we are the 1st on the waiting list.

Red Plate Sushi - MYR2.80

Yellow Plate Sushi - MYR1.80

Finally got the seat, just next to the sushi bar. Managed to capture chef doing Temaki. =)

Plain Udon with seaweed. The udon quality is not bad, bouncy enough. The soup is normal soy sauce soup which u can buy from Shojikiya.

I love mentai style sushi very much, no matter is salmon, prawn or crab salad, so long it been mentai-ed, then i will fall in love with it. Inari Mentai is a must for me. MYR1.80

Cheapest Ebiko Sushi I ever had, even cheaper than Night Market. It still with good quality of Ebiko. I only have once experience that ate not fresh ebiko from night market. Basically is quite hard to get not fresh Ebiko from Japanese Restaurant. MYR1.80

The Salmon Sushi, Zerm said it taste ok. Looking good and with nice cutting. MYR2.80

Hottee Mentai. Slurrp Slurrpp... Another mentai, but this taste so-so only. MYR2.80

I prefer Salmon Mentai from Sushi Jiro. Because this is not mentai enough. MYR2.80

Last, Hana Ebiko. MYR2.80 per pcs ya, not 3 pcs for MYR2.80.

Canwanmushi, MYR3.80. It doesn't look good, but taste not bad, nice flavoured and silky smooth enough.

How to redeem Movie Money from TGV Cinema Movie Club?

Updated - 11/01/2016 Hello Reader, TGV Customer Service have replied that the online redemption are no longer available. The only way to redeem is walk in to the counter and there also will be fixed redemption amount for tickets, depending on seat categories and hall types. Love, Yuki L. Long time never visit to TGV Cinema, so the movie money accumulate very slow. Just now i tried to do a transaction but it's not allow me to redeem the movie money anymore.
