Ken & Shirley Pan Mee

Up next is Ken & Shirley Pan Mee located at Sri Kembangan. I spotted this from FB, somebody shared the article with the title "Top 10 Pan Mee in Klang Valley". So I have marked it down in my note.
Couple weeks ago, I was there looking for my "big project", so I do the food hunt together. Since i was there already.

This is how the stall look likes, without fancy renovation or environment and the place is quite hot and quite hard to find parking here, but can't complain too much when you want to have nice food, right?

Very simple banner menu hang on the wall. 2 types of mee - Normal Mee or Spinach Mee.
Limited Variety Pan Mee Soup or Dry, Chilies Pan Mee or Ramen. Snack like Dumpling, Fu Chuk, Fish Ball / Pork Ball is available.

Our Order List
1 x Ramen
1 x Pan Mee Soup
1 x Dumpling
1 x Red Bean Soup
1 x Coke

The mee machine, the only make the meet after you placed the order. Of course the dough is ready and kept in the storage box (right from this photo). I guess the guy wore yellow shirt must be Ken and Shirley is the lady who took order from us. XD

Hot Red Bean Soup, it only contains Red Bean and Sago. I like simple red bean soup like this, make me have more "home feel".

A very simple bowl of Pan Mee, only served with fish balls and spinach on top drip with fried onion oil. But it's nicer than others Pan Mee Specialist.

It really look like Japanese Ramen, Impressive! Served with seaweeds, sweet corns, fish ball, pork ball and spinach and my add-on dumpling is flood in the bowl. =P
The soup base is different between two mee, Pan Mee one is more anchovy taste. The mee texture is very bouncy for both texture is the same. Last, the dumpling, i felt it was so-so only.
