Xian Cantonese Cuisine, 鮮入為煮

On "Ren Ri" I have family dinner at Xian Cantonese Cuisine. It's located at Alam Damai, opened few years ago. Sometimes when mom didn't cook we will come here for dinner too. Actually, we planned dinner at Canton Kitchen, but it's fully booked. So we don't want walk in and Q there, so we came here.

Xian Cantonese Cuisine (previously known as "My Preference Cantonese Cuisine) is a serving Cantonese cuisine with fresh ingredients.

Our Order List
1 x Salmon Yee Sang
1 x deep fried Talapia
1 x Chen Long Choy
1 x Indonesia Curry Prawn
1 x "Kong Ting" Pork Rib
1 x NanJing Beancurd

Chinese Traditional on "Ren Ri" aka everyone's birthday, must do "Lou Sang". Here served the normal salmon yee sang added radish and carrot slices. But the salmon sashimi is not fresh. =(  Never expect fresh sashimi served in Chinese restaurants.

Next, Deep fried Talapia drip with flavored soy sauce. Fish is fresh and no dirt taste. Good!

One of my favorite veggies - Stir fried Chen Long Choy with beadsprout

Indonesia Curry Prawn Pot with lady finger, onion, tomato. The prawn is fresh and curry taste good too!

"Kong Ting" stewed thick spare pork rib with fried Man Tau. Actually, it tasted So So only and the meat is a bit dry. And that Man Tau must eat when it's still hot, cause it will turn hard when it's cold.

Last, Braised homemade beancurd. The beancurd texture is good, but the sauce not really good and the long bean is raw. I prefer it cooked longer for the long bean. Sauce can be improved.
