Sushi Tei

Sushi Tei is quite famous in the town, a Japanese chain that we can find in established malls like Pavillion KL, The Gardens Mall, Queensbay Mall and etc. But I personally comment is it's not my cup of tea. I felt it's pricey, because the taste not worth for that price.
Tried twice at different location, but both didn't really impress me. Zerm got the same comment as well. Same goes to my colleagues as well. 

 Zerm never tried before, so earlier of Feb, we went to Setiawalk for movie and we had dinner here. Before going in, I told him that don't put much expectation.

2 x Hot Green Tea
1 x Salmon Sushi
1 x Ebiko Sushi
1 x Tempura Udon
1 x Jo Una Ju
 For me Ebiko must serve with fresh, basically a Japanese Restaurant won't serve you not fresh Ebiko. Zerm said the salmon sushi was So-So only.
 Tempura Udon. The soup is lighter than others place. Tempura is ok, but only given 2 pcs prawns and 1 pcs eggplants only. It cost you MYR18.80.
Jo Una Ju. Zerm said not the good one, but still ok to eat. MYR32.80.

HoHo Steamboat Restaurant, 好好海鮮火鍋之家

After Hi-Tea with my girls, we headed to Sri Petaling meet Zerm's bro for dinner. The venue was selected by Wong aka WongDaiLei. Today's Yummilicious  featuring his selection ya . If you recalled, I did blog about Ho Kee Steamboat , you probably think are they're sister company? Bec ause the name look alike, and also same  from Pulau Ketam. At 1st I also thought they were  sister company. But after doing some research, I found that it's not. The style is similar with Ho Kee, they only have clear soup, no others selection. Low Maji Steamboat 老媽子冬瓜盅火鍋

Is yummilicious time again. We gave a try on this interesting steamboat on two weeks ago. It's suggested by Wong and we have no idea of our dinner on that day, so we joined them for dinner. Low Maji are from Cantonese and it's mean Mom. When we arrived is the most common dinner time - 8PM, the restaurant is full, we have to Q up and wait for an empty table.  After half an hour wait, finally we got the table. Luckily, there is a family not managed to wait so we got the table faster. The waitress passes the menu to us. The menu is simple and clear. You either choose a set or ala carte. Got this clear version on my second visit. The price for ala carte add on for steamboat is  from   MYR1.50 onwards.  I felt the price are reasonable price.
