Happy New Year Everyone! I'm here wishing everyone Healthilicious, Happilicious and Peacefullicious. =D
An awesome year ahead!

My long holiday has finished, today blueing to work. When starting work the blog can't update that fast, especially when office has overloaded workload. Usually if I stay back probably I will reach home about 10PM.

I still will try my best level to update as soon as I can.

Today's yummilicious featuring is Tonkatsu by Ma Maison, located at Publika.

Tonkatsu (豚カツとんかつ or トンカツ, pork cutlet), is a Japanese food which consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. There are two main types, hire androsu. It is often served with shredded cabbage.

We planned to have Christmas + New Year's dinner with Zerm's buddies, but we don't have idea on what to eat, so HonNie suggested this, and we just give a try.

* Tonjiru - literally mean pig/pork soup, is a japanese soup made with pork and vegetables, flavoured with miso.

Rice you may choose plain steam rice or multi grain rice.

The dressing sauce.
How to enjoy Tonkatsu. Follow the step ya! You will no regret.
1st serve is white radish, as per the guide, the can eat add Tamari or just eat like this.
I prefer added Tamari. Hehehe, cause it's abit salty. =P

Next pour the sauces into sauce plate according to the particular space.
*Credit to Neo, who help me pour the sauce slowly let me take the photo.

Shredded cabbage with sesame salad dressing is my favorite. Yum Yum.

Curry Katsu. (It's pork meat)
Miso Katsu
Jumbo Rosu Katsu
Prawn Rosu
Oyster Set

Prawn Hire Chic. Roll
I ordered Prawn Hire Chic. Roll is because I afraid the pork got "pork smell" cause some Japanese restaurant will like that. Overall the fried pork meat surprised me it doesn't have "pork smell" and the meat is not hard to bite, lucky it's tender enough. The prawn is fresh and the meat texture is not like tempura one, like will bouncy. Chicken Roll is nice as well, middle wrap with some veggie.
