Our Order List

Special Gourmet Set - MYR999
The menu, click here.
Braised shark's fin soup with crab roe and crab meat.
Alright, I know that I shouldn't take shark's fin anymore, usually I will request for chicken soup but this time organize by the boss, I don't dare to request more. The soup base is good and surprisingly the crab meat doesn't taste fishy at all.

Spider crab salad, deep fried house beancurd and smoke salt & pepper bacon roll.
Freshly veggie mixed with fresh spider crab meat, seasoning with mayo. But my favorite of this dish is bacon roll, it's stuffed with bouncy fish paste, the perfect combination. House beancurd is pretty good, not too oily.

Original set menu this dish was stewed village chicken. But we request for change to this sesame chicken. It named one chicken two flavors. I think it's three flavors.
After letting me take the photo, the waitress cut off the chicken, chicken wings and drumsticks will serve like this way, I count this as 1st flavor.

2nd flavor, the waitress cut the chicken into thin slice with the skin, then add on cucumber slice and sweet sauce and wrap it with ultra thin dumpling skin.

The waitress will take back the left over chicken breast meat into the kitchen. They stir fried it with some fried mee hon, onion and garlic. It's awesome if you wrapped it with lettuce. This is 3rd flavor. Worth to eat, right? 1 Chicken turn into 3 dishes. Stunning Dish.

Steamed deep-sea grouper with fresh beancurd skin and crispy fish paste.
Ermmm, I'm not a fish lover. Honestly, I ate deep-sea grouper quite numerous times, but seriously I not really like the texture.

Braised abalone with japanese scallop in melon ring and lingzhi mushroom. The sauce is a bit salty but the abalone and stuffed minced meat in melon is nice flavor.

Braised Ee-Fu noodle with Tiger prawn. Stir fried freshly and bouncy tiger prawn with ginger & onion. I don't really like this type of noodle, it's too soft.

Is dessert time, I forgot to take the tong shui photo. Because it's my favorite, double boiled honeydew with red dates. Ermm.. Actually, at 1st I thought it was apple boiled with red dates, and white fungus and it comes with Steamed pumpkin pau and japanese peanut mochi.
I didn't taste the pumpkin pau, because my stomach only allows 1 last item to check in, and I chose Mochi. How could I resist it, it's too yummy. The mochi skin is silky smooth and the peanut filler will melt in your mouth. Thumbs up for this.

Overall the atmosphere of this restaurant is good and all the food ingredients are fresh, it worth for that price. I personally will go back this chinese restaurant.
