My Burger Lab

My Burger Lab, it's very famous in KL Town since 2012. I always heard its name from my friend, they told me that this burger shop always full of patrons and long Q. Their HQ is located at Seapark, PJ, me and Zerm are not familiar with PJ road, that's why we never try it before.

Last week, after work, we were agonizing about our dinner. Then Zerm come out with My Burger Lab at OUG and I've dealt with it cause I never try before. (¬‿¬)

Maybe because of the weekday and night-time, so there's not long Q in front the shop. ٩(˘◡˘)۶

Here we are. Step into the shop, it's simple, neat and spacious. 

The bats are flying around. Beware!

And the while we are waiting others patron order, we stand beside to understand the menu, it just looks like chemistry chart. The hardest to understanding menu ever. ⊙.☉
In the end, both of us can't understand the chart and we just ask the pretty, friendly cashier - Ms Yunie. (✿◠‿◠)

After we finished ordering, we find a table and wait for our food. While waiting the food serve I take photo shooting around the shop.

The Kitchen

The wall at the right are photos of their patrons.
The pole at the left are bank note from different country, all of them are left by patrons.

Yunie has given us an empty paper cup, she said self service for the drink, then we found this drinks station sign at the corner.

But didn't see the normal soda dispenser at that corner. Like below image.

Then we walk to the corner and check out where the soda dispenser hiding. Get closer, look what we found? Cheng Cheng Cheng~

Finished play all the interesting stuff and photograph section. Our food is served. (Actually are they will call your order number once the food is ready, and then you collect them at the kitchen counter.)

Look at my A+, does it look awesome? Of course it tasted A+ as well. Juicy grilled chicken with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, shiitake & enoki mushrooms. All the burger is served with charcoal bun. Their charcoal buns are baked from their own bakery daily. 

All the set is served with 1 soda drink and 1 french fried. Crispy fat and plump french fried sprinkle with salt and pepper. The sauce is similar with KGB at Mid Valley, taste like chili sauce + Mayo.
