Franco Mid Valley

Franco, A French Japanese fine casual dining restaurant, crafted with Japanese precision, embodying French perfection. 1st outlet open at One Utama on 2014, now they have 9 outlet in Klang Valley and coming will open at Penang & Melaka.

I visited Mid Valley branch, newly open for 3 months. I like the interior design very much, especially the brick wall. For the menu, click here.

Our Order List
1 x Hot Chocolate
1 x Coke
1 x Lobster Bisque Spaghetti
1 x Truffle Mushroom Pizza

Hot Chocolate, nothing special, but i like the glass very much, so purposely upload here.

 Lobster Bisque Spaghetti, MYR31.80
Slow cooked rich seafood broth complemented with cheese and tiger prawn, it taste very different with normal spaghetti like aglio, carbonara or bolognese, the broth taste very "seafood", if the prawn can be more generous than will be perfect.

Truffle Mushroom Puff Pizza, MYR35.90
Topping of king oyster shiitake, shimeiji and button mushroom with truffle cream and 4 type of cheese on a crispy layered pastry puff. Mushroom lover must order this! Super mushroomlicious! But my suggestion is order this for sharing, instead of individual main course, because it's super rich.
