Rakuzen Japanese Restaurant, 樂膳

Rakuzen not unfamiliar to you all right? Yup, belongs to SuperDining group. I believe most of the Japanese experts know about it.

I have been there couple of times, thanks to my Korean boss brought me to this kind fancy restaurant, my mouth picker sickness getting serious and serious. But I agreed that sometimes we need to be demanding to improve our life.

The sushi bar at ground floor
Back to the topic, this is my last food hunt for 2014 holiday season. After we done shopping at Sunway we headed here to have our dinner.

Our seat is at 1st floor, before you go into the tatami style table, you will see this drawer, it's for you to store your shoes.

After put your shoes in, take out the wooden number plate, now the drawer locked. Such Creative.

Our Order List
1 x Salmon Sashimi Zen
1 x Tofu Salad
2 x Salmon Sushi
2 x Ebikko Sushi
1 x Dobin Mushi

They served fresh salmon. I only will take salmon sashimi at here. Others places will taste a small bite, if it's not fresh I will not take.

I'm on diet so Tofu Salad for me. A special dressing, it's cold and taste a bit salty and sour. Japanese tofu always is silky smooth.

Dobin Mushi. Its a soup put in teapot. I miss the taste badly, the 1st tried of this is ordered by Korean boss. But today's a bit dissatisfied cause a bit fishy taste.
They used prawn, chicken meat, Ginko, carrots, mushrooms to boil it, and not mistaken fish meat is inside too.

Last, Sushi Sushi~~ The rice is seosoned nicely, top with fresh salmon sashimi and ebikko.
